This luxurious, privately owned 4 bedroom villa, with its own screened and heated (optional) pool has recently been constructed to the highest standards, set backing on to the 17th fairway of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It enjoys the peace and seclusion of this security gated residential community and has the accessibility of all the Orlando attractions.

The Villa is air conditioned and has a fully serviced kitchen with large oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. The double width garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be rented for a small charge.

There are 4 bedrooms consisting of a Queen with en-suite facilities, a further double with en-suite facilities and two twins, serviced by a third bathroom. There is a double bed settee in the Great Room.

The lounge has a 25 inch Cable TV with video player and overlooks the south facing pool. A Radio CD player is also supplied for your enjoyment together with a selection of video's and music CD's.

Outside the entrance - and within walking distance - is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and a selection of restaurants and fast food outlets. A shopping mall is within a 10 minute drive, and in the event of an emergency, a hospital is situated nearby.

We will provide you with directions to the management company to collect the keys of the property. Your home will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and you will be required to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Towels and bed linen are provided, but not bathing towels. The property is equipped with a safety deposit box, and will be cleaned on your day of arrival and departure only. Should you wish the pool to be heated please request this at the time of booking.

The pool and sun deck are south facing and benefits from the sun all day, and is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers. The mesh screen lets the sun in and keeps the bugs out.

Outside the mesh screen is an in ground BBQ for your enjoyment - a great way to eat in the Florida sunshine. Charcoal is available at Wal-Mart. For your enjoyment and that of future guests we would ask that the BBQ is cleaned after every use. We would also ask that all guests please refrain from smoking inside the villa.
